Eco-Pan is the leading service provider of concrete washout services. Specializing in jobsite solutions for concrete washout needs including handling, treatment, and safe transport to recycling of the washout for Commercial, Residential, Municipality and heavy DOT/Infrastructure projects.

Compensation: $ 80-90k base salary, pay will be determined by experience relative to local construction knowledge, company truck, plus commissions. Up to $35k in yearly commission available!

Job Description:

Managing a designated region, the Senior Sales Manager will identify, grow and maintain overall sales activity at the location. This is a Sales Management position for all aspects of the sales side or the business, administering it according to the overall company policies, financial goals and strategic plans. A primary focus in this position is to Manage Team and sell company services to new and existing customers and expanding channels to market with strategic key accounts. This position requires Reporting to the Regional Director of Sales must focus on revenue enhancement & new business development within the region. Individual must have strong working knowledge and experience of the construction/concrete industry, within the Denver / Colorado market and can provide some technical support in the given region. This position also requires a good understanding of the channels to market and ways to penetrate them within the industry.

The position promotes to contractors, concrete pump & ready-mix businesses, developers, architects and engineers for both private and public projects. Success in the position will require experience in general concrete or construction knowledge with both sales and sales management experience. The person should be comfortable with environmental rules and regulations and how to best apply one’s knowledge in this area to support the industry. Services require the use of heavy, DOT trucks and cranes. The Senior Sales Manager must have good working knowledge and emphasis on safety.

The individual will be required to work with all levels of management to coordinate, develop, and implement the business strategies, promotions and services to launch into new markets. Coordination with marketing, operations, and administration and finance departments is necessary.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Manages key accounts, grow sales and find new markets and channels within the region
  • Develops and maintains relationships with top management of national and regional accounts located within the region
  • Analyzes sales levels and trends, and initiates action as necessary to ensure attainment of sales objectives
  • Executes the Branch’s annual sales plans, budgets and strategies
  • Ensures safe operating procedures, preventative maintenance and training programs are followed
  • Provides data to sales and marketing management on business, market and competitive trends
  • Follows all required administrative policies and ensures Sales personnel are working under the same guidelines
  • Identifies, coordinates and participates in regional and national trade associations
  • Maintains a professional behavior at all times while working with customers and employees leading by example

Key Requirements:

  • Have great customer service and selling skills tailored to the Construction Industry within the Denver Metro
  • Must be physically fit as this position requires navigating construction job sites.
  • Must be able to follow directions given from customers and dispatch our services.
  • Must be flexible with duties and schedule changes to meet the demands of our customers.
  • Must have great selling and leadership skills and be self-motivated to grow the business and manage co-workers.
  • Must have good computer skills and familiar with windows programs
